| Creative uses of common household items: Everybody has a
machete by their from door right? You know, for salesmen and Jehovah's Witnesses? I use
mine to keep the underbrush at bay while I'm hiking. In update 39 you can see me tackling
a stubborn pine. When I get down into the valley, the real fun begins! I set up a hammock
so I can lay back and show off for the camera. Then I get creative with my big knife. I
used condoms to protect the wooden handle. Splinters are bad enoughin your hands and feet,
just imagine internal splinters, yikes! Please note, this is one of the only times you'll
see me doing squats. Then after all that exercise, I climb back in the hammock for a much
needed rest before heading home. A couple of the close up pictures came out a bit dark, so
a bit of imagination may be required. The sun was drifting in and out of clouds all
afternoon, so the lighting was all over the place. 150 members only photos, with a good
