Payment MUST be accompanied by a signed Terms & Conditions Form.
(I will NOT start video without it)
I reserve the right to market any custom videos.
Using your name will cost an additional fee (As this prevents further use).
There are NO Refunds or Exchanges.
I reserve the right to decline your request.
Length of Video has a 60 Minute maximum.
No Extreme Bondage.
Please allow up to 4-6 weeks.

1. I am at least 18-21 years of age, which ever is the
legal definition of an adult in my jurisdiction. The material I am requesting is for
my own personal use and will not to be used and/or viewed by minors or anyone else. I
understand and agree that the materials will NOT be used or redistributed in any form
or manner under penalty of prosecution by law. I understand that "Bizarre Dude
Productions, Inc." retains all copyrights to the materials and may resell or
redistribute as deemed appropriate.
2. I am not a Law Enforcement Agent of any kind, a US
Postal Official, or another, attempting to obtain any evidence for the prosecution of any
individual, entity or Corporation or for the purpose of entrapment.
3. I agree that the material that I'm ordering is not
obscene or offensive to me and I enjoy using/viewing sexually explicit material for
personal purposes. I am also certifying that the erotic and/or sexually explicit material
I'm ordering is not illegal or considered obscene in my community. I hereby certify under
penalty of perjury that all of the aforementioned is true and correct.
4. I understand that all sales are final and no refunds,
exchanges and/or credits will be considered unless proof of shipping damage is provided to
"Bizarre Dude Productions, Inc." within 48 hours of delivery.
5. I hereby release "Bizarre Dude Productions,
Inc." from any and all obligation, responsibility and/or liability related to this
transaction or the materials forwarded to the Shipping Address below.
6. By signing below, I am stating that I have read,
understand and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this legal document.
In the event this form is emailed, typing/keying my name on the
"Signature" line below constitutes signing a legal, binding document just
as if I had printed the form, signed it by hand and mailed it.
