Your order can not be fulfilled unless you complete, sign and forward this entire order form!

Do not sign this form until you have read and understood the following Terms and Conditions :

1. I am at least 18-21 years of age, whichever is the legal definition of an adult in my jurisdiction.  The material I am requesting is for my own personal    use and will not be used and / or viewed by minors or anyone else.  I understand and agree that the material will NOT be used or redistributed in any form or manner under penalty of prosection by law.  I understand that 'Art Promotions / Miss Treat' retains all copyrights to the materials and may resell or redistribute as deemed appropriate.

2. I am not a Law Enforcement Agent of any kind, a US Postal Offiicial, or another, attempting to obtain any evidence for the prosecution of any individual, entity or Corporation for the purpose of entrampment.

3. I agree that the material I am ordering is not obscene or offensive to me and I enjoy using/viewing sexually explicit material for personal purposes.  I am also certifying that the eroctic/sexually explicit material I am ordering is not illegal or considered obscene in my community.  I hereby certify that under penalty of perjury that all of the aforementioned is true and correct.

4. I understand that all sales are final and no refund, exchanges and/or credits will be considered unless proof of shipping damage is provided to 'Art Promotions / Miss Treat' within 48 hours of delivery.

5. I hereby release 'Art Promotions / Miss Treat' from any and all obligation, responsibility and/or liability related to this transaction or the materials forwarded to the Shipping Address below.
