Acceptable forms of First ID:
*Photo of Passport Held Next To Your Face
*Photo of Domestic or International Driver's License Held Next To Your Face
*Photo of Country Issued I.D. Held Next To Your Face
*Photo of State Issued I.D. Held Next To Your Face
*Photo of Military I.D. Held Next To Your Face
Must provide 2 forms of Identification for the model release.
The 2nd ID can be a utility bill, ID Card, or Bank Statement


All models must fill out the model release and provide the proper identification with the model release and the model is required to fill out the 2257 Compliance form to be accepted as a model on Southern Charms.
