A QUICK
RUN
I used to be a big runner.
Now, don't get me wrong. That
doesn't mean I run far distances.
It just means I run (well, jog) short distances more often.
But then over time I stopped and I
wasn't as interested.
And for years I never wanted to hit the pavement.
But in the last couple of weeks I
've been bit by the running bug again.
And this morning I laced up my shoes and finally broke a sweat again.
Feel good to be back at it.
