Q: How do I cancel my account?

A: If you joined by way of Epoch.com go to http://www.epoch.com/billingsupport/ it takes about 30 secs.

Q: How Can I become a Southern Charm?

A: You must be able to supply Great quality images, you must be 18 or older, and be able to update at least 2 times per month.  Email info@southern-charms.com for more information.

 

Q: I am unable to join the site, I keep getting rejected, Why?

A: 1)   The system will not allow you to join if you are using a proxy server.  The system will also not allow you to join if your IP does not match where you are located, so if you are using some type of software to hide your location, it will not allow you to join.    Also, if you have ever disputed a credit card charge with your credit card company with any site on the internet, you will not be able to join.  You also must provide the exact name, billing address and zip code of the credit card you are using. Be sure when you join that you do not have any spam filters on your email account.  If Epoch cannot send you an email confirmation, it will also reject you from being able to join.

      2)  If you are getting rejected and have joined Southern Charms in the past, please go to http://www.epoch.com/billingsupport/retrieve.htmland input your information.  This will check to see if you already have an existing account open.

 

Q: I am a member, but my password is not working, what can I do?

A: You username and password are case sensitive, please be sure you are entering it exactly as it appears in your email receipt. If you still have problems go to http://www.epoch.com/billingsupport/ there is an option to REFRESH the username and password.  If that doesn't work, write to tech.support@southern-charms.com.

 

Q: If I join one of the sites, how will it appear on my credit card bill?

A: The credit card statement will show "Epoch.com *PhotoExcha*".

 

Q: Is it possible to join the site with a money order or check?

A: Southern Charms no longer accepts checks but if you wish to mail a money order go to http://www.southern-charms.com/mo.html for details.

 

Q: Where can I see the Terms and Conditions of Southern Charms and the Joining Policy?

A: Simply visit http://www.southern-charms.com/terms.htm for the Terms and Conditions.

A: Simply visit http://www.southern-charms.com/privacy.html .

 

Q: If I sign up (become a member), will I be put on a mailing list or receive anything in the mail?

A: Absolutely not!  You will not receive anything in the USPS mail nor will your name, email address, etc. be added to any list.  All your information is kept completely confidential.  The only information you will receive is a receipt of your transaction by email, and you may receive an email regarding your account. Some of the Southern Charm Girls occasionally email members of new updates, etc.  If you do not wish to have them email you, simply write them and say so.
